How quickly a project can be tackled and implemented depends on various factors. Sometimes it takes patience to implement processes, sometimes the impetus of coaching is implemented directly and energetically.

Distinction from therapy

Even though coaching is clearly distinct from therapy, it can also have a healing and strengthening effect. Coaching does not require a diagnosis to address issues.
