We offer mediation services in conflicts or accompany you in your next development steps, whether private or business-related.

Who we are

We are a professional team of trained and certified mediators and/or coaches. Thanks to our diverse professional expertise,
we can provide you with individualized and expert support for your current situation and questions.

The Mediation and Coaching Network is structured as an association and professionally organized.

Thanks to the regional and supraregional cooperation of our members, we can provide you with mediators
who specialize in your field on a case-by-case basis. Our teams are located in Zurich, Basel, and Baden AG.

Our experience and expertise

Thanks to our team members' diverse professional and personal backgrounds and broad industry knowledge, we understand your language. We will provide you with professional and empathetic support in addressing your questions. Where necessary and appropriate, we will be happy to bring in additional specialists from our network to provide you with optimal support.

Co-mediation

Depending on the initial situation and assignment, we work for you in co-mediation (usually a woman and a man). This is particularly the case in family, inheritance, and elder mediation, as well as in some business mediation cases where both genders are involved in the conflict. Based on our experience, co-mediation is very helpful in dealing with different issues in a manner that is appropriate to the situation and gender-sensitive
