About us
Mediations- and Coaching-Network (MeCoNet)
Under the name Mediation and Coaching Network (MeCoNet), there is an association in accordance with the provisions of Articles 60 ff. of the Swiss Civil Code (ZGB), with its registered office at the domicile of the respective president.
Our experience and background
Thanks to the diverse personal and professional backgrounds and broad industry knowledge of our team members, we understand your language and will provide you with professional support in your questions and conflict situations. Where necessary and appropriate, we also bring in additional specialists to provide optimal support.
Depending on the situation, we also work in the form of co-mediation (woman + man). This is particularly the case in family, inheritance, and elder mediation, as well as in some business mediation cases, where both genders are involved in the conflict. Based on our experience, this is very useful and helpful, as women and men think and feel differently.
Our values
Whatever you bring with you:
- we are and remain neutral and impartial and – if several parties are involved – impartial
- thanks to our active presence, we focus entirely on you during our meetings and collaboration
- all your information and documents are and remain confidential
- we are constantly improving our skills through further training and professional exchange
- we guide you through questions and our process steps to help you find your own solutions
- where necessary, we also assist you in formulating possible applications to the court and draft your agreements for you
